Membership plan

Pearl Valley Golf Estates currently offers homeowners two membership options: Golf or Leisure. These two options further consist of Primary, Family and Corporate components for each membership category.

Golf members enjoys pre-paid green fees, where Leisure members pay a discounted fee for a round of golf in addition to their annual subscription fees.

2012 Membership Plan          NPO Membership     

Non-Property Owners have a first time limited offer to purchase a Golf Membership at Pearl Valley.  The NPO Membership comprises of a once off entrance fee and annual subscription fees.
